    Job Description
    Infant/Toddler Teacher - Nurturing Young Minds

    Are you passionate about early childhood education and eager to shape the lives of our youngest learners? We're seeking a dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team and create a warm, stimulating environment for infants/toddlers.

    About the Role:
    As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you'll play a crucial role in fostering the early development of children in a safe, positive, and nurturing setting. Your expertise will guide our little ones through their first educational experiences, setting the foundation for lifelong learning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development

    • Create a safe, clean, and organized learning environment that encourages exploration and growth

    • Observe and assess each child's progress, documenting milestones and sharing insights with parents

    • Develop and apply effective behavior management strategies tailored to individual needs

    • Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure a cohesive and high-quality learning experience

    • Maintain accurate records and prepare for parent-teacher conferences

    • Model appropriate behaviors and social interactions for children

    • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and best practices in early childhood education

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma (required)

    • CDA or Bachelor's degree (preferred)

    • Previous experience working with infants/toddlers

    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues as a team

    • CPR and First Aid certification (Required)
