About the Role:
As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you'll play a crucial role in fostering the early development of children in a safe, positive, and nurturing setting. Your expertise will guide our little ones through their first educational experiences, setting the foundation for lifelong learning.Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Create a safe, clean, and organized learning environment that encourages exploration and growth
Observe and assess each child's progress, documenting milestones and sharing insights with parents
Develop and apply effective behavior management strategies tailored to individual needs
Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure a cohesive and high-quality learning experience
Maintain accurate records and prepare for parent-teacher conferences
Model appropriate behaviors and social interactions for children
Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (required)
CDA or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Previous experience working with infants/toddlers
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues as a team
CPR and First Aid certification (Required)
