Leadership & Staff

As an early education program with a successful history, we know that the quality we provide depends on the educators working in our various programs. We provide regular on-going professional development training for our faculty, with a strong emphasis on teacher collaboration. Opportunities include participation in weekly planning meetings and monthly faculty meetings, attending conferences and in-services, and working individually with consultants in the classroom.

Meet Our Staff

  • Ms. Monique

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

My purpose in life is to use every day that I’m given to make a difference in the lives of others. In my 27 years of experience working with children and persons with mental disabilities, I’m always thinking, cultivating, and considering the vital role, family plays in the development of children. The African Proverb, “It takes a village to raise a child” speaks to us all. It’s important to work as a part of the larger village to not only provide quality education but to support our families and communities.
